专家简介:
黄文超,男,研究员,国家级高层次人才(青年项目)获得者。主要从事有机半导体材料与器件、柔性及可拉伸电子和聚合物基复合材料等方面的研究,在薄膜太阳能电池微观形貌调控机理、大面积有机半导体材料印刷技术和超薄及可拉伸光电器件设计制备等方面取得了一系列原创性成果。迄今已在Science、Nat. Photon.、Joule、Sci.Adv.、Nat.Comm.、PNAS、Adv. Mater.、JACS、等国际著名学术期刊上发表论文70余篇(包括Science、Nature、Cell正刊及子刊8篇),论文引用8000余次,H指数为40。主持海外高层次人才(青年项目)、湖北省重点研发计划、教育部联合基金、澳大利亚先进光伏中心研究员基金、澳大利亚先进光伏中心国际合作等多项科研项目。荣获澳洲同步辐射中心Stephen Wilkins 奖章、国家自费留学生奖学金。
研究方向:
可印刷薄膜太阳能电池、有机半导体材料与器件、柔性可穿戴电子器件、先进复合材料。进一步拟研发基于溶液印刷的高效率薄膜太阳能电池组件制备技术,开发适用于光伏建筑一体化的半透明太阳能电池组件制备方法,发展半透明光伏组件与玻璃、塑料、石材等建筑材料的集成与封装技术,在满足光伏发电功能的同时还能兼顾建筑的基本功能要求,推动分布式光伏技术的进步,助力我国实现“碳达标、碳中和”的伟大目标。
